Combine in a small bowl…
- 1 part single-grain baby oatmeal [mixed with water]
- 1 part pureed banana
- 1 part açaí chia pudding
Why I love it: Bananas are full of potassium and Arlo can’t get enough of them. Combine those with the amazing health benefits of my açai chia seed pudding, we have a clear winner!
Fun Fact: I tasted my first açaí bowl in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – before they became trendy and ‘extravagant’ like the ones you will see here in the US. A traditional açaí bowl only contains frozen açaí berry topped with honey, sliced bananas, and granola. Yum!
